The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us during our stay. We found the attached restaurant to be a big plus, with a good menu offering a variety of Indian, Chinese, and Western options. the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the metro station and a bustling market area.
We experienced some issues during our stay. The hot water and wifi were unreliable, which was quite inconvenient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Karol Bagh metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also various dining and shopping options in the nearby Karol Bagh area. the staff members are friendly and helpful. the hotel offers a comfortable and clean room, although compact in size. the breakfast served is satisfactory.
The room service can be slow at times.

The breakfasts were decent and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping centers.
The hotel desperately needs a renovation. the towels were old and worn out.
